Wrote and Produced the Hindi feature film - 'Banaras, a mystic love story' which received huge critical acclaim the world over. The film starred Naseeruddin Shah, Dimple Kapadia, Urmila Matondkar, Ashmit Patel and Akash Khurana. The film received rave reviews and honours in India and abroad. It was selected for screening at the Indian Panorama section of the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) at Goa.
LC Singh grew up in Banaras and studied at the Banaras Hindu University. The ideas that gave shape to the story existed in Singh's mind for a long time. The film is his personal tribute to Banaras. He took a sabbatical from his regular job as CEO of consulting/technology company - Nihilent Technologies to pursue his creative urge.
Singh co-scripted the film with talented screenwriter Javed Siddiqiui and collaborated with one of India's leading filmmaker Pankuj Parashar to convert his story to celluloid. Through the songwriter, Sameer and the music director, Himesh Reshammiya, LC Singh ensured that every single musical note and word in the film reflect the ancient Banaras gharana (school) of Indian music.

<p> Prashant Godbole is a photographer from Mumbai, India, and is behind a number of photography campaigns for brands like Airtel, Killer Jeans, Stephens Brothers, W, and A Day in the Life of India for Times of India.</p> <p> He has worked in the advertising industry for the last 25 years on brands like Philips, Citibank, Bajaj, Shoppers Stop, Raymond, Taj, Westside and many others. As co-founder of creative hotshop ideas@work, he is the brain behind many successful advertising campaigns for brands like Reid & Taylor, Rustomjee, Big Adda and many more, and winner of hundreds of awards, both local as well as international. He has recently dabbled in direction, having directed a few TV commercials for brands like Edelweiss, Big Rock and Crazeal.</p> <p> He believes every picture tells a story, you just have to know where to look. And with the right measure of instinct (and of course, luck), your pictures will begin to hold volumes of meaning within their pixilated boundaries.</p>

Sunjoy Monga (NATURALIST)

<p> Sunjoy Monga is one of India’s most renowned and respected Naturalist - Nature Writer & Photographer. Born in Masjid Bunder, one of Mumbai’s most congested localities adjacent to the docks, his earliest involvement with birds was to imitate the gutur…goo calls of pigeons, much to the delight of his family. A myriad rodent that thrived in the grain godowns of the area fascinated him just as much… ‘wildlife’ came to him very early in life!</p> <p> Naturalist, writer and photographer, Sujoy Monga is deeply committed to studying and resolving issues related to natural history and the environment. Widely travelled, he has written extensively, being published in numerous magazines, journals and books, for over a quarter of a century, on India’s fascinating biodiversity, and finds equal pleasure in the discovery of biodiversity in the pristine wilds and in polluted urban sprawls. He believes that nature is increasingly, and continuously, adjusting to humanity’s fickle ways and that it is we who must show maturity in our response to inevitable change, in order sustainably ensure our ecological well-being.</p> <p> He has authored several books including the much acclaimed 'City Forest' and has been a consultant to various projects.
